Organising your financial affairs is going to entail some consideration of what happens when you are no longer with us, or no longer able to act to protect those important to you. Whilst we are not lawyers we are experienced in recommending estate planning strategies in the context of our advice, and then assisting our trusted colleagues in the legal profession in preparing the necessary documentation. We have a number of legal firms with whom we work closely, and we have chosen carefully so you and we can be confident that your needs are met as efficiently and cost effectively as possible.

Our aim here is to recommend the necessary steps that you need to take to organise your affairs in such a way that your assets are dealt with in accordance with your wishes. Having appropriate documentation in place increase the certainty that this will happen when the time comes. We work with you to explore what your desired outcomes are BEFORE consulting with the layers so that your are well prepared to brief them appropriately. We meet jointly with you and them where necessary to make sure that you are comfortable that things are going according to plan, and we manage the process through to completion to make sure that it just gets done.

Sometimes there are other legal matters outside of wills and estate matters which need to be dealt with. By knowing the specialist capabilities of the firms to which we refer, we can ensure that you get the best legal advice appropriate to your needs in a variety of situations.

SO HERE’S WHAT WE MEAN BY THAT
