HELP YOU SET A BUDGET

SO HERE’S WHAT WE MEAN BY THAT

No one wants to live their life according to a budget – there I’ve said it! Unfortunately the only way to keep control of your spending is to have one, and if you have not control over your spending, what happens?

A variant of Parkinson’s Law could be that spending expands to consume the money available. Introducing some discipline into how you spend you money is the ONLY way you are going to achieve what you want to achieve.

We can introduce you to the concept of “Paying Yourself First” whereby you set aside the funds needed to work towards your financial targets BEFORE you start spending on anything else. This simple step is often all that is needed.

A budget is just a plan to properly allocate your scarce financial resources. It starts with an objective assessment of where your money goes now, very often people start this process with having no idea! There are lots of tools we can recommend for you which will help you to make this assessment, and we have lots of experience in connection with people’s spending habits, so we can help you to take back control and start the journey towards financial freedom.
